Healthy Dinner Ideas (Rose Pasta):
Sweet Potato Pizza Crust
1 cup sweet potato
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
400F for 15 minutes
Cashew Cream
1/2 cup cashews
1/8 cup or 2 tbsp water
1 clove garlic
Loaded Fries
1 sweet potato
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup green chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
juice half a lemon
1 clove garlic
water to thin, depending on how thick you want it
How To make The Best Sweet Potato Fries:
Coconut Shrimp
1 egg
shrimp (I made 8 shrimp)
1/4 cup coconut
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1/4 tsp garlic
425F for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
