The Best Lunch Meal Prep For Work Or School – Weekly Meal Prep



You guys have been asking for weekly meal planning for lunch that you can take to school or work, so here you go! I am showing how to meal prep lunch with my curry chicken salad. This lunch meal prep does not need to be warmed up and is some easy meal prepping. This meal prep for the week makes 5 serving of chicken salad, and it’s so tasty. This is great for meal prep lunch bag and meal prep lunch box. I hope you enjoy my meal prepping for the week for lunch meal prep.

531 calories per serving of chicken
32.6 grams of fat per serving of chicken
36.4 grams of protein per serving of chicken
5.1 grams of carbs per serving of chicken

Macros for ONE of the Brazilian Cheese Rolls:
140 calories per cheese roll
6 grams of fat per cheese roll
9.3 grams of carbs per cheese roll
2.1 grams of protein per cheese roll
