Ditch the bread and try this BLT salad! Full of all the goodies– protein, fat, and fiber! This salad will keep your body in a fat-burning mode and is super easy to whip up.
Ingredients:
2 avocado
2 cups shredded chicken
3/4 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo
3 tbsp fresh lemon
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp fresh garlic
1 heart romaine hearts, shredded
6 oz cherry tomatoes
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Method:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon, chives, garlic, s&p to taste
Combine romaine lettuce, halved tomatoes, bacon bits, chicken, and chives
Drizzle mayo dressing on top and enjoy!
