Spaghetti & Meatballs
cook spaghetti squash in microwave in 6 minute intervals. rotate around each interval. heat up marinara sauce on stovetop. bake lean, grass fed meatballs for 15 mins at 375. serve immediately. stays fresh in the refrigerator if stored in airtight container for a few days.
cook fresh or frozen cod on stove top. heat up organic corn tortillas in pan. divide fish into tortillas & top with fresh cilantro, cabbage, avocado, lime or lemon. I used Soyaki sauce from Trader Joes 🙂
cook fresh or frozen wild caught salmon stove top. place bed of baby lettuce on plate and top with cooked salmon, carrots, tomato, pecans and dress with Annie’s Organic Smoky Tomato Dressing.
Grilled Veggies & Protein (your choice)
grill veggies, I used bell pepper, onion,& zucchini. grill your choice of protein, I chose turkey, feel free to use tempeh, chicken, tofu…etc
top with 1/4 avocado and dress with liquid aminos, coconut aminos or Soyaki dressing.
