Hey guys, enjoy these easy healthy recipes that are quick to make and oh so yummy! I tried to keep it simple, while still being delicious and nutritious, I will do budget meals too soon!
Shrimp Zoodles
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 gloves garlic
1 cup wild shrimp
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp parsley
2 zucchini
This recipe made two bowlfuls for me!
Mediterranean Bowl
butter lettuce, small head
half tomato
1/4 cup cucumber
2 tbsp hummus
4oz chicken
2 tsp Za’atar seasoning
pinch paprika
grain free crackers, video here:
Foil Pack
protein of choice
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup butternut squash
400F for 30 minutes
