So now you can get that great smoky taste you have been looking for in your BBQ Chicken, using this Texas Style Cuisine recipe. I cook these BBQ chickens at 275° and I cook them from 1 1/2 – 2 hours. This will put on some excellent smoke flavor and help you render the fat so you can have crispy skin on your BBQ Chicken Leg Quarters.
