Today lets learn how to make this Mughlai delicacy prepared with minced mutton, onions and a blend of spices at home.
►Ingredients
Mutton – 500 gms
Salt
Raw Papaya – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1
Ginger Garlic – 3 tbsp
Chaat masala – 2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Gram Flour – 4 tbsp
►Method
1. Mix meat with all the spices, butter, lime juice, gram flour and mix well.
2. Keep it aside for 1 hour
3. Shape them into kabab and fry.
